His current role involves overseeing customer support for the AA’s 14 million members, as Managing Director of Customer Operations.

Harj openly shares his experiences at school that shaped his drive, how his career developed and what feedback has been the most valuable to him. This conversation is stacked with advice and ideas for ambitious leaders coming through contact centres today.
